Seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 expert to drive successful implementation and optimization of business processes.

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or other modules) and a strong understanding of business processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs, conducting workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality, providing guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development, performing gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps, creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals, supporting system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment, troubleshooting and resolving functional issues post-implementation, and staying updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in finance and operations, customer engagement, and supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
