Key Automation Role

This is a key position in the automation governance team, responsible for creating and maintaining effective automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a customer-focused or process-driven environment, with hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings.

They will be expected to deliver enhanced value across five core areas:

  • Process Effectiveness: Enhancing accuracy and reliability to drive better cash and working capital outcomes.
  • Process Efficiency: Embedding standard processes into ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quality Service: Elevating customer experience through skilled, professional teams.
  • Capability: Building future leadership and deep domain expertise through structured talent development.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities, designing scalable automation solutions, and training and enabling citizen developers and automation center of excellence teams.
