Regulatory Oversight Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and global team that manages supervisory activities of regulators and related developments across regions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes, manage and coordinate regulatory examinations, and oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.

In addition, the role involves producing reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management, as well as supporting training and providing guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes, with experience working in financial services or management consulting preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations (logging info requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.
  • Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
