We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to lead our company's regulatory compliance efforts. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of taxation, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ■ Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, Income Tax) ensuring timely compliance and support audits, replies to notices, and attends hearings.
  • ■ Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc., maintaining accuracy and adhering to deadlines.
  • ■ Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support to senior management and business stakeholders.
  • ■ Collaborate with commercial tax departments, consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews, fostering strong relationships.
  • ■ Offer tax-related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • ■ Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency.
Requirements:
  • ■ Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the energy sector or related field.
  • ■ Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST, Income Tax, and Labour Laws.
  • ■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
