Job Title: Process Excellence Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to spearhead the scaling of our digital lending platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with a strong focus on process excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end operational efficiency to ensure seamless day-to-day running of platform operations.
  • Drive participants' onboarding efficiency for a quicker onboarding process and processing of requests as per TAT.
  • Ensure end-to-end NACH settlement process coordination with regulatory bodies.
  • Publish data reports and MIS to key management and stakeholders regularly.
  • Customer Servicing and Grievance Handling to ensure best-in-class customer service.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A B.E./B.Tech/Tech background with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale operations/payment operations.
  • Experience in fintech industry/digital lending expertise/Supply chain business/B2B lending is desirable.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
