Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application in scope.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application and experience from working in a multicultural organization. They will also possess excellent language skills in English and experience from using agile methods and frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Converting Business Requirements into Development Plans
  • Collaborating with Other Specialists
  • Staying Updated on Vendor Updates
  • Contributing to Development Plans
  • Maintaining Quality and Performance
  • Documenting Records
  • Providing Second- and Third-Line Support
  • Driving Testing

You will work closely with the business owner, business stakeholders, and the architecture team to propose and define the development and maintenance plan for the application. You will also approve test protocols and define the implementation of changes for the application.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area
  • More than 3 years' experience from using the application in scope
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application
  • Experience from working in a multicultural organization
  • Excellent language skills in English
