Job Title: Employee Relations-Executive (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee relations and possess excellent communication skills, people management skills, and decision-making & analytical skills.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business consultants
  • Implement sound resolutions to address questions and complex issues of consultants
  • Advise and influence all levels of management on complex employee relations decisions
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns
  • Generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants
  • Design and implement trending analysis and ER metrics
  • Directly handle a caseload of highly complex ER matters and investigations
