Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and successful completion to ensure timely delivery within scope.

Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing team dynamics, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Process & Continuous Improvement:
    • Ensure adherence to management standards.
    • Secure timely stakeholder approvals.
  • Operate effectively across various methodologies.
  • Configure software and guide others in configuration according to specifications.
  • Develop efficient solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Assist in test case production, review, and execution.
  • Ensure relevant documentation is complete and standardized.
  • Debug and report issues observed during testing.
  • Own the Numbers:
    • Calculate project burn and cycle time.
  • Address customer needs while protecting company interests.
  • Communicate deviations from project plans.
  • Engage with demanding customers and facilitate functional discussions.
  • Monitor and communicate delivery progress to all stakeholders.
  • Highlight relative risks and benefits of various options.
  • Look after people with fairness and consistency.
  • Identify talent and implement retention strategies.
  • Pursue training opportunities and courses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or engineering degree with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
  • 10-12 years of experience in project methodology.
  • SAP ERP Knowledge: Sound knowledge of SAP ERP system.
  • Master Data Management Knowledge: Good understanding of Master Data Management domain procedures.
  • Database Proficiency: Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Project Management Certification: Relevant certifications in project management.
  • Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to client needs and quality assurance.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Proficient in managing multiple simultaneous implementations.
  • Global Collaboration: Willingness and ability to work across different time zones.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
