Job Title

Overview:

The primary function of this position is to oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of field operations, ensuring seamless execution of events. This role requires an individual who can think strategically, lead a team effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end field operations, including event scheduling, resource allocation, and data management.
  • Lead a team of photographers, cameramen, and field executives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize event outcomes and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting and updating of event data, including daily and weekly reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English languages, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to manage a team of at least 10 people, with experience in team leadership and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in field operations, event management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Maharashtra geography and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.
