Job Summary

The Process and Data Mining Competency Center Lead is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, leadership, and execution of process and data mining initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable requirements and deliverable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Development: Translate business needs into actionable requirements and deliverable solutions using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Interact with internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on process/data mining solutions, providing guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
  • Compliance and Controls Monitoring: Develop, design, and build compliance and controls monitoring reports defined for entities covered in scope, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Process/Data Mining Solutions: Implement process/data mining solutions and develop predictive analytics on Finance Big Data capabilities, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive business insights.
  • Solution Usability: Ensure high solution usability while meeting business requirements, delivering user-friendly experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver Process and Mining service to internal stakeholders, operationalizing robust standard processes supported by tools and systems.
  • Financial Control Toolkit: Safeguard Novartis assets by enhancing financial control toolkit with modern technologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Insights: Provide actionable insights into business processes focusing on improvement impact and value generation, driving informed decision-making.
  • Digital Transformation: Meet Novartis digital transformational requirements and accelerate time-to-value driving measurable business outcomes, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Success Stories: Create and share customer success stories across Novartis, showcasing the impact and value of process and data mining initiatives.
  • SOX Compliance: Ensure relevant SOX requirements are met, maintaining regulatory compliance and integrity.
