Business Intelligence Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support initiatives focused on supply chain intelligence and process automation.

This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, data science teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to supply chain data integration and workflow automation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on objectives and refine business needs.
  • Develop clear functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain documentation using tools like Confluence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are translated into technical deliverables.
  • Define and support User Acceptance Testing, including test case development and validation of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects; experience in supply chain or logistics is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Highly organized with a strong commitment to thorough documentation.
  • Data visualization skills are advantageous.
