Job Title: Sales Operations Analytics Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sales operations analytics efforts. As a Sales Operations Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and developing strategic insights that inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong expertise in SQL, advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics), proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy), and experience in Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM preferred).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
