Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision making.
\Job Description\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using advanced tools and technologies.\
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex information effectively.\
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop targeted solutions.\
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate machine learning models into business intelligence solutions.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our business intelligence capabilities.\
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely resolution of issues and ongoing satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field.\
- Strong technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.\
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) – must confidently perform VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.\
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook.\
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings across different levels, from peers to upper management.\
- Strong communication skills (email, calls, and meetings) when engaging with key stakeholders.\
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.\
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.\
- Willingness to be hands-on and actively participate in execution activities.\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\
- Strong writing skills for documentation and reporting.\
- Ability to contribute to a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and innovation.\
- Experience managing EDI, OCR, CRM, or ERP integration projects within tight deadlines.\
- UAT testing experience is preferred.\
