Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer (UI Lead) to spearhead our UI development efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with backend and UX teams to craft an engaging, scalable, and intuitive user interface.

  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Build high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS, prioritizing performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, elevating the user experience.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience, with a strong background in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS, as well as understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations, with a passion for exploring new technologies.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
