Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced software development lead to join our team and drive the delivery of high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry.

  • Mentor and support a team of full-stack engineers while fostering growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using Javascript and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
