Software Development Manager Position

A Software Development Manager will act as a key liaison between engineering and product teams, taking ownership of features from conceptualization to launch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop feature requirements, implementation plans, testing strategies, and quality assurance processes for robust product delivery
  • Making architectural and technology decisions in alignment with product objectives while ensuring best practices and code maintainability
  • Translate business/product requirements into actionable engineering tasks and collaborate closely with stakeholders
  • Establish efficient team workflows, document systems, and features for both engineering and product stakeholders
  • Cultivate experimentation culture across product and engineering teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of software development experience with exposure to product management or project coordination
  • Strong coding skills in backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.)
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools
