Are you looking for a challenging role in project coordination? As a key member of our team, the Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting architectural projects. This involves managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and providing critical data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and managing architectural projects by utilizing Excel and other reporting tools to track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, including organizing project documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in forecasting and workload planning based on project data, ensuring that projects are properly resourced and staffed.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, and experience in project coordination, preferably in an architecture or construction firm.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, automation).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with architectural design processes and industry terminology.
  • Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
