Project Procurement Specialist: HVAC and Air Cooling Expertise Required

We are seeking a seasoned project procurement specialist with expertise in HVAC and air cooling solutions to join our team.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for HVAC retrofit and naval projects across India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure materials and equipment for HVAC and mechanical projects;
  • Develop and manage budgets for project procurements;
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors;
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement and management;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful project procurements;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field;
  • Professional certifications such as CPM, PMP, or APMP;
  • Experience working with ERP systems and project management software;
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
