Job Opportunity: Junior Architect

At our studio, we are looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovative workplace projects from concept to reality.

  • Assist in the design and development of workplace projects, working closely with senior architects and designers.
  • Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate project ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required to maintain smooth project progress.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to foster collaboration and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within our studio culture.
