Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  4. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  5. Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  6. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  7. Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an industry such as software development, construction, healthcare, etc.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
