We are a global company with a strong presence in the US, subsidiaries in India, and operations in the UK.
We are looking for a Senior Student Success Manager to join our team and help drive our student engagement and enrollment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Outreach and Engagement:
- Engage and inspire students, parents, and domestic leaders about the merits of our partner universities.
- Host webinars and coffee-chats on multiple campuses and locations to engage with prospective students.
2. University Marketing and Brand Representation:
- Provide prospective students with authentic insights and information about our partner universities.
- Lead and represent our partner universities on public forums, including panel discussions, admission fairs, and planned interactions.
3. Admission, International Financial Aid, and Visa Guidance:
- Advise applicants on the university and program selection process and guide them in preparing outstanding applications.
- Assist students in securing the best financial aid for their needs and earning opportunities during their studies.
- Assist students with securing a student visa for their program.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with our team members to drive student-engagement, marketing, and enrollment efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in English, Communications, Management, Higher-Education, or Psychology.
2. 8-10 years of experience in Higher-Education Outreach and Marketing or Admissions, Student Counseling.
3. English: Mother tongue or full proficiency.

- Superb writing and communication skills.
