Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies for organic growth and lead generation
  • Manage content calendar to ensure consistent audience engagement
  • Develop and implement campaign optimization plans to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management with a focus on organic growth and lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of organic and inorganic growth strategies, including content planning, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience with lead generation and automation tools
  • Proven ability to create campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills
