Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our social media marketing efforts. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow presence across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
  • Analyze audience insights, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for consistent brand communication.
  • Handle influencer collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and new platform features.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing social media for a brand/agency.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
  • Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and creative storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
