Drive Brand Visibility & Growth

As a strategic social media professional, you will lead the development and execution of cross-platform campaigns to elevate brand awareness, engage communities, and drive measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive growth roadmaps with clear revenue objectives, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
  • Design and implement performance-driven funnels from social media to landing pages and conversions.
  • Curate engaging content tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments that resonate with our audience.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • A proven track record of growing accounts 100k to 1M+ or driving significant revenue via social media channels.
  • Strong expertise in paid and organic integration (ads, influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships).
  • Exceptional analytical and creative skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Ads, and ability to develop viral hooks.
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement abilities.
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management is essential.
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or willingness to immerse in the category is preferred.
