Job Role: Litigation Professional

• Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and support the preparation of briefs and reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms that protect our interests.

• Key Responsibilities include Contract Management & Legal Documentation, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Mitigation, Processes and Communications, and General Support.

We are seeking a highly motivated legal professional with a passion for compliance, company secretarial responsibilities, and a track record of excellence. A bachelor's or master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) is required, along with 2+ years of experience for Senior Associate and 1+ years of in-house experience for Legal Associate. Additionally, you should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
