**Job Title: Legal Advisor - Real Estate**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our real estate company. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal regulations, mitigating legal risks, and safeguarding the interests of our clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage and oversee all legal aspects of our real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and resolving legal disputes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as senior executives and project managers, to ensure that our operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will provide legal counsel on matters related to property development, leasing, acquisitions, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal Advice**: Provide expert legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, acquisitions, and sales.

**Document Management**:Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts to protect the interests of our organization and clients.

**Research**:Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**Risk Management**: Analyze and advise on legal risks associated with real estate transactions and develop risk mitigation strategies.

**Dispute Resolution**: Manage litigation and legal disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the organization.

**Regulatory Updates**: Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 0-1 year of experience practicing law

**Certification**: Admitted to practice law in [State/Country].

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to negotiate and resolve legal disputes.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
