Job Title: Surgical Support Specialist

As a key member of our operating theatre support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with surgeons to identify equipment needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with biomedical engineers to maintain critical equipment such as operating lights, beds, cautery devices, ligasure machines, harmonic devices, and lap monitors.
  • Ensure adherence to strict surgical safety protocols prior to every procedure.
  • Provide assistance with patient transfers and positioning before and after surgery.
