Job Title:

Senior SAP Delivery & Project Management Professional

Talented professionals with 8-11 years of experience in managing large, complex projects are required to lead high-priority and strategically important projects.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. They will be able to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensure high performance and alignment with project goals, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The role requires a proven ability to work with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy. Additionally, the candidate should have significant experience in managing project resources, vendor relationships, and cost control while ensuring effective resource allocation.
