The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash collections, maintaining account relationships, building customer connections, ensuring compliance with controls, and optimizing revenue streams through various channels.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent process knowledge in any collections domain, have at least 2 years of experience in team handling, demonstrate strong people management skills, and hold a degree from a recognized institution.

  1. Cash Collection: The role involves collecting cash from customers and ensuring timely payment processing.

  5. Revenue Streams Optimization: The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams through various channels, including GDO, 2-Tier, Direct, and Leasing.
