Job Description:
A key member of our team, the Service Delivery Specialist will provide top-notch user support and be the first point of contact for technical assistance.
This role is ideal for individuals who combine excellent communication skills with a passion for solving IT issues.
Key Highlights:
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to interact professionally and clearly with users across all levels.
- IT Support Experience – Exposure to troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users in a courteous and professional manner.
- Log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Submit knowledge base article updates for new and existing issues.
- Own and drive user issues to resolution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
