Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide top-notch support and maintenance for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2, as well as domain expertise in core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support and maintenance for JD Edwards systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Design innovative solutions based on clients' business needs.
  • Manage problem resolution to minimize disruptions to customers' operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance, preferably in a support or implementation role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards software and its applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
