Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules for clients, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle ERP Financials, particularly with Fusion Cloud, and a strong understanding of industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases
  • SUPPORT production cutover and post-go-live stabilization
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector

Technical Proficiency:

  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and in global delivery models
