About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to fill a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best terms and conditions
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurements principles and practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
