About This Role

We're looking for someone with a strong interest in business growth strategies, partnerships, and brand building. You will have the chance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for brand placement, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute plans to increase our presence on relevant marketplaces.
  • Quick Commerce Growth: Research and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms to drive sales.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings that enhance our brand value.
  • Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Build relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Revenue & Awareness: Execute initiatives that increase both visibility and direct sales impact for our brand.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in business development, growth, and FMCG/D2C brands.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable — can work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.

The compensation includes a performance incentive based on sales volume driven during your tenure.
