Our organization is seeking an electronics product support specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This position involves providing technical assistance and support for electronic products, working closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions to sustain fielded electronics hardware and firmware, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities over display hardware products, leveraging expertise to optimize product performance and maintain factory and on-field operations.
  • Work with concurrent engineering teams to verify compliance of developed and modified hardware through traceability and related tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as electronics engineering.
  • A minimum of 9 years of direct project management experience in technical product development environments for electronic products comprising firmware.
  • Experience in lead hardware development over display products, communication products, and data center products.
  • Strong understanding of FAA, commercial, or defense airworthiness certification requirements and CAR Requirements.
