As a Marketing Leader, you'll build our brand identity, drive organic growth, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine our brand image across all channels.

2. Drive engagement through compelling content, community outreach, and storytelling.

3. Lead go-to-market and lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain customers.

4. Mentor and manage a talented marketing team.

5. Leverage data and consumer insights to optimize brand campaigns and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with expertise in branding and content.

- A proven track record of scaling engagement through organic strategies.

- Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.

- A structured approach, using data to inform decision-making and working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
