We are looking for a Marketing Executive to help us achieve our mission of democratizing education through innovative online, offline, and hybrid platforms.

  • This role involves planning and executing Business-to-Leader (BTL) activities such as school/college tie-ups, seminars, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, and local events.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating student leads, increasing walk-ins for admissions, and working closely with the Sales team to achieve admission targets.
  • A strong focus on building good relationships with schools, colleges, and communities is essential.

What You Will Do:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase awareness about our services.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  3. Work closely with the Institute of Innovation (IOI) to create engaging content and experiences for students.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, including lead generation and conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across Hyderabad & nearby areas.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
