Senior Cisco UCCE CVP Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled senior professional to lead the design and implementation of robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco UCCE and CVP technologies, as well as excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing business requirements to design detailed design documents and create high-level and low-level diagrams and integration plans.
  • Leading or participating in the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.
  • Developing, updating, and troubleshooting CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Investigating root causes and resolving incidents involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation, collaborating with network telephony security and infrastructure teams, mentoring junior engineers, and communicating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
