AI/ML Expert Position

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions.

  • Machine Learning Model Development:

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing algorithms and models to address complex business challenges. This includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage the required datasets.

  • Data Pipelines:

They will create and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training. Additionally, they will write database queries using SQL to retrieve required data.

  • Model Evaluation:

The selected individual will assist in debugging, testing, and improving applications. Rigorous testing and validation procedures will be used to assess model performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, C++, or similar,
  • Proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
