Grow Your Staff is looking for an AI/ML Engineer for a Web3-focused organization based out of Hong Kong. 

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the founding team on building next-generation IP risk detection systems with cutting-edge AI agent infrastructure, with real-world applications in content protection.

Experience required: 4-8 years

Time: 7 am IST- 4:00 pm IST (Monday- Friday) 

Commitment: 4–5 hours/day

CTC: 6 LPA- 8 LPA

Location: Remote

Type of Employment: Part-time 

Responsibilties 

  • Design and build a 3-agent AI system for IP risk detection (Copyright Scanner, Image Matcher, Risk Scorer)
  • Develop MCP (Modular Content Protocol) servers for standardized access to copyright and image databases
  • Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI to support scanning, matching, and risk scoring functionalities
  • Create a lightweight React + JavaScript dashboard to visualize scan results and risk assessments
  • Implement backend architecture and core endpoints using FastAPI
  • Build a Python SDK for B2B integration, including webhook-based scan completion notifications
  • Draft basic technical documentation and API usage examples for external developers
  • Create onboarding templates and processes for B2B clients deploying MCP servers

Requirements 

Must Have: 

  • Python development experience (Mid-Senior level)
  • AI/ML background: familiar with agents, LLMs, or computer vision
  • API development- FastAPI, REST endpoints, basic authentication
  • Frontend basics- React, JavaScript (for simple dashboard designed)
  • MCP experience or protocol design knowledge
  • CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks

Nice to Have:

  • Legal tech or compliance automation experience
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS platform development
  • LLM fine-tuning and RAG system implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of blockchain or Web3 infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
