Job Title:

Financial Operations Associate


We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Associate to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.


The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Statement Management

Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.


2. General Ledger Maintenance

Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.


3. Budgeting and Forecasting

Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.


4. Accounts Payable and Receivable

Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections.


5. Tax Compliance

Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.


6. Audit Support

Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements.


7. Process Improvement

Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is a plus.


2. Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.


3. Accounting Software

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).


4. Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


5. Communication Skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
