Lead Data Innovation Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving data innovation and implementing cutting-edge machine learning and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models on the Azure ecosystem to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work extensively with unstructured data sets (text, images, documents, etc.) to extract valuable insights and build scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Apply natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG) techniques to solve complex business problems and create value for stakeholders.
  • Leverage Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Genie AI in Databricks, and other Azure-native services for generative AI use cases to drive innovation and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI and explore new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
  • Take ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery, from data exploration to production deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models on the Azure platform.
  • Strong background in NLP, NLG, and generative AI frameworks with a focus on Azure-native services.
  • Experience working with unstructured data pipelines and feature engineering to drive business insights.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Practical experience with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI in Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present AI solutions to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud-native environments.
  • Prior exposure to generative AI-based copilots, conversational AI, or knowledge assistants.
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks for productionizing AI models.
