The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for driving project success and ensuring the correctness and transparency of the company's financial accounts. Key responsibilities include contributing to project KPIs, driving digitalization initiatives, and optimizing operating working capital throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the project success drive project results and ensure the company achieves its financial objectives
  • Drive digitalization initiatives to improve financial insights and reduce costs
  • Ensure correctness and transparency of the books of accounts in accordance with accounting principles and practices
  • Optimize operating working capital throughout the project lifecycle to ensure positive free cash flow
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure regular reviews are done to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring their expertise in project accounting, financial analysis, and controlling to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • 10-15 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of project accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in Financial analysis, Project Audits and Controlling, wider financial experience including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning, Management reporting and Controlling
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
