Project Execution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, keeping our systems updated (e.g., SAP), and ensure compliance with financial reporting guidelines.
  • Support Project Managers in project execution, setting targets managed with due professional care, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
  • Proactively communicate with customer representatives and manage commercial issues.
  • Drive Contract management throughout the project delivery phase, including proactive opportunity and claim management strategies to maximize project outcomes.
  • Optimize operating working capital throughout the project lifecycle to ensure positive free cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Commercial Project Management.
  • Awareness of concepts related to POC accounting, NCM, Forex, Taxation.
  • Experience in PE management and accounting is an add-on benefit.
