Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution and communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective client communication, and a thorough understanding of project processes within the interior execution field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Track and monitor design changes, updating documentation accordingly to maintain project integrity.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain all project-related files and documentation, ensuring accessibility and organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, guaranteeing smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion to streamline financial transactions.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs remain within approved limits and align with business objectives.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements, promoting a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields to demonstrate expertise and proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs to effectively manage project deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to efficiently manage project data and presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred, but not required, to demonstrate relevant academic background.

The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the project process and its various stages, accompanied by exceptional communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring project success.
