Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the Real Estate sector. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Real Estate market
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 to 6 years of Mid-Level experience in Real Estate
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
