
Strategic Operations Manager for Content Excellence

Job Summary:
The Strategic Operations Manager for Content Excellence will play a pivotal role in supporting the Centre of Excellence Head by providing high-level operational management and coordinating between internal Business Units. This individual will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing vendors and freelancers, and enforcing editorial quality standards.
This is a full-time, hybrid contract role that requires strong strategic planning and project management skills, as well as expertise in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
- Develop and implement multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social) to drive business growth
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
- Run Agile workflows for content operations to maximize efficiency
- Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews) to maintain brand consistency
- Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency to support business objectives
- Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications to foster collaboration
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in operational management, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications. A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operational management, content creation, or project management

- Experience with content management systems and workflow tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
