We are seeking a skilled Closing Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales and customer service.
- Product Knowledge: The successful candidate will be required to have in-depth knowledge of the product, sales script, and other materials prior to project launch.
- Sales Target Achievement: The Closing Sales Specialist will facilitate and strive to achieve aggressive sales targets while managing customer service effectively.
- Customer Interaction: The candidate will attend to all walk-in customers efficiently, explain the project in detail, and be able to answer all customer queries.
- Negotiation Skills: The successful candidate will be able to successfully deal with customer negotiations and close deals.
- Decision Making: The Closing Sales Specialist will convince customers about various features of the project and be able to help in decision making.
- Customer Experience: The candidate will consistently make efforts to provide the customer an enriching experience at site and regular follow-ups as required.
- Inquiry Calls: The Closing Sales Specialist will handle all incoming customer inquiry calls efficiently to seek closure on site visit.
- Team Collaboration: The candidate will work with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts reflecting any last-minute changes to forecast based on business requirements.
- Reporting: The Closing Sales Specialist will update all required reports and system data on a timely basis.
