Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned banking system specialist to support customization and production support for our core banking system.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant
  • A strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process is essential
  • The successful candidate will have experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • A good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems is required
  • The selected candidate will be experienced in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking is a plus
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving ability is necessary for this role
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills are also essential
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams is a must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Oracle Flexcube modules
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
