About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Oracle Financials Implementation Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Financial Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Financial Cloud implementations from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  2. Foster client relationships through expert workshops to define future business processes, utilizing industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  3. Oversight of solution design to guarantee adherence to best practices in configuration and deployment, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on system customizations, integrations, and reporting needs to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' requirements.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Tax and finance modules (AR, AP, FA, GL, CM) & PPM Modules, providing critical guidance and support.
  6. Support business users and technical teams by sharing extensive functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  7. Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and test scenarios, to ensure clarity and precision.
  8. Responsible for prompt issue resolution through Oracle Support tickets, facilitating timely communication and resolving concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations under their belt.
  • In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, CM, Fusion Tax, and PPM.
  • An excellent grasp of finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and executing test cases, as well as managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools: BPM, OTBI, FBDI, and Service Request (SR) Management.
  • Experience with Oracle methodologies such as AIM or OUM.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to write basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
